Phase One – Discovery & Analysis
The first phase of any project we undertake is to start of by listening. Listening to the challenges and success of your business, before analyzing your needs and requirements of the Mobile App and how it should fit in with your customer engagement strategy, including any CRM and Back Office integration requirements.
Phase Two – Specification
By phase 2 we will have a list of core CruiseAppy features plus any bespoke developments that you require which will form the project specification document.
Phase Three – Design
Phase 3 sees the actual design of the App start to take shape, creating wireframes to outline any bespoke design requirements until the total design concept is finalized and agreed upon.
Phase Four – Build
From the agreed design in phase 3 we will start to construct the App. This process will be carried out on our development servers with access to the App and any bespoke developments as outlined in phase two
Phase Five – Testing & Training
The App will be fully functional and available for testing on a pre-defined milestone. Testing will be carried out by both parties on a “Use Case” basis. Each use case will be worked through, bugs resubmitted for approval before sign off. Once agreed that the App is completed and ready it will be set live on Apple Store & Google Play
Phase Six – Go Live, Maintenance & Review
Once the App is live we enter the maintenance and review phase, monitoring performance, customer usage and undertaking Account meetings to explore further opportunities.

Focused delivery in under 6 weeks for a standard featured CruiseAppy rollout
We follow a process based project management methodology that allows us to manage each project effectively. This includes creation of specification documentation that clearly outlines the achievable goals of the project and how they will reached. A published project plan clearly outlining key stages and milestones.
Regular project meetings and utlilising BaseCamp as a project management and communication tool keeping all stake holders informed.
As a client you will receive close attention from company directors throughout the project who have experience in managing many successful development & design projects in the travel industry.
